6 tips voor het maken van een omschrijving

When you’ve had a beautiful, professional presentation of your property created, your property ad will stand out among all the ads on search engines. Once you’ve made a good first impression and potential buyers click on your ad, it’s crucial to  maintain their interest .

You can do this by creating a catchy and good description of your home.

With this you, as it were, attract potential buyers.

It’s important to first consider the target audience for your description. Is your home suitable for a family with children, a starter home for a young couple, or more suitable for older people?

The target audience determines the writing style of your text and which advantages you should emphasize.

A good description consists of a clear structure:

  • A catchy introduction that grabs attention and lists the strong and unique features
  • Description of the house, the outdoor area and the surroundings
  • Summary of the details

Please take the following points into account :

  1. Use short sentences
  2. Don’t repeat yourself
  3. Be enthusiastic, but don’t exaggerate, use positive words and be objective
  4. Humor is good, but not too much
  5. Don’t use

Be sure to check the text a few more times before you put it online, because mistakes can easily creep in.
